Shirataki Noodles

Shirataki (しらたき, 白滝) noodles are a gluten free, low calorie noodle made from konjac, or elephant yam. You may also see them as tofu shirataki, which is a variation with tofu mixed in with the konjac flour.

They come packaged in water, and can usually be found in the refrigerated section with tofu in grocery stores.
